Meet Erin Berryman
Meet Erin Berryman, Wellness Coach!
Over the past ten years, Erin has held various roles in the field of health & wellness, including an athletic trainer for Gettysburg College, an intern in the Cardiac Rehabilitation and Preventative Cardiology Research Departments of Hartford Hospital, and most recently as a health promotion coordinator for the Somerset County Office on Aging & Disability Services in New Jersey. During her time in New Jersey she became a leader across the state in implementing evidence-based programs for older adults.
As a native of Maine, Erin is looking forward to engaging residents in healthy behaviors. She believes that gradually achieving small goals for behavior change can lead to lifelong health and wellness practices.
Erin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Gettysburg College, PA and a Master's Degree in Applied Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Springfield College, MA. She is also a Master Trainer for Stanford University's Chronic Disease Self Management Program, and MaineHealth A Matter of Balance Program.
