Amber brings a wealth of experience in administrative support and process improvement. She has a natural talent for prioritizing projects, anticipating needs, and finding creative ways to make systems more effective and efficient. Her fresh ideas and sharp organizational skills are already making an impact at the Catherine Cutler Institute.
Ms. Rogers began her journey in the world of healthcare and data management in 2008, working as a CNA, and later changing professions in 2012 working a day program for clients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
Amber attended UMFK/UMA from 2014-2020 where she worked hard to raise her own family and acquire her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. While navigating childcare challenges during the pandemic, she had to put her degree on hold. In 2020 she began her work as a service manager, leading multiple locations simultaneously. Amber resonates with the University of Southern Maine’s commitment to being “Student Focused Every Day” and is eager to contribute to the success of the educational community, as well as continue to pursue her long-term career goals.
