Kylee Probert is a Policy Associate at the University of Southern Maine’s Catherine E. Cutler Institute, where she supports the National Tribal Child Welfare Center for Innovation and Advancement (NTCWCIA) as a Project Manager. Her passion for community-engaged, evidence-based practice and policy is reflected in her prior and current work with tribes. With a background in federal government and deep connections to Indian Country, she brings a wealth of experience relevant to the leadership of various NTCWCIA projects and activities.

She holds a PhD in Public Health and Human Services from Oregon State University, and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
