Abigail Carter

Abbie is Maine Roads to Quality’s Statewide Higher Education Coordinator. In this position, she is responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing the creation and coordination of articulated career pathways within the State of Maine’s professional development system.

Abbie has worked in the early care and education field in roles ranging from Classroom Teacher, Program Director, Family Advocate, Developmental Therapist, Trainer, and Pedagogical Consultant. Abbie’s experience also includes being a Facilitator of Parenting Groups, Supported Playgroups, and Community Literacy events.
