Norina Burch

Norina joined USM in early 2026 as an Administrative Specialist in the Leadership and Organizational Studies Department. With an academic background in languages and project management, she brings strong communication skills and a solution-focused approach to supporting faculty and students. She is fluent in German, French, and Portuguese, and has a longstanding interest in intercultural communication and collaborative work.

Outside of USM, Norina sings with the Community Choir in Biddeford, enjoys reading fantasy and science fiction novels, and pursues her passion as an embroidery artist.
