Tracy (or “Trace”) is a career marketer whose experience includes working in consumer goods, educational publishing, and most recently, higher education. In each of her roles, she has brought change to marketing efforts that improve efficiency and save costs with the goal of allowing the marketing team to focus on the strategic planning and creative aspects necessary to do their jobs well. Her deep knowledge of marketing, personal discipline, and commitment to best practices have contributed positively to an increase in inquiries and applications over the past several years. Tracy currently manages the university’s agency relationship, largely directing media timelines and overseeing creative development, stakeholder input, deployment, and performance. She also oversees the marketing team which includes data analytics (primarily focused on advertising performance), design, print, web, and email. She believes strongly in collaboration and transparency. She is proactive in supporting iterative changes in approach to positively influence recruitment across each audience segment.

Tracy completed her Master’s in Leadership Studies at the University of Southern Maine in May 2019.
