In June 2021, the University of Southern Maine received a historic $10,000,000 gift from Maine philanthropist and arts patron, Dorothy Suzi Osher. In recognition of her extraordinary generosity, USM’s renowned music school was named the Dr. Alfred and D. Suzi Osher School of Music.
