The lead article by Dr. Flynn Ross, Chair of Teacher Education offers policy recommendations for schools to become great places to work. Research by Dr. Matthew Hollibush, Lecturer, and Dr. Heather Reichmuth, Assistant Professor, provides a typology of new teacher supports from profiles they developed from their recent study. Dr. Ian Renga, Assistant Professor, published with his graduate assistant Clare Dalton, former teacher at Gorham Middle School, an article that provides guidance for educator renewal with a list of Maine based professional networks.
