Last summer, Chip ’90 and Laura ’87 Foye were so impressed with the continued success of the Promise Scholars program, they decided to put their names on it. Their generous gift established one of the first named Promise Endowed Scholarships – launching a new way to support current and future Maine students at USM with financial assistance and wraparound services.
