Betty Atterbury Award

Description

This award is given to a music education major selected by the music faculty. The recipient must show great promise as a teacher and be on track to graduate the following academic year.

Established by the Music Department in honor of Betty Atterbury, a member of the music faculty from 1985 until her untimely death in 1998.

  • Have demonstrated financial need as evidenced by FAFSA
  • Must show great promise as a teacher
  • Be on track to graduate the following year.
