Mental Performance Camp

About The Camp

The session focuses on helping athletes build a Champion’s Mindset by focusing on the beliefs that are most important to success. Athletes will also be exposed to Mental Skills such as self-talk, visualization, goal-setting, and mindfulness.

The seminar will be interactive with practical learning activities. There will also be a guest speaker (TBD) come and talk about their athletic journey and how they used mental skills to achieve their goals.

Pick up and Drop off: 

Camper check-in on the first day begins at 8:30 AM, with camp starting at 9:00 AM.

Check-in will occur at the main entrance to Costello Sports Complex.

Campers can arrive at 9:00 AM each morning. Pick-up must occur by 1:00 PM.

Please note that there is a strict 30 minute grace period for parking. Vehicles on campus for longer than 30 minutes must pay for parking.

Medical: 

USM has partnered with ePact for secure HIPPA complaint data collection, all waivers as well as camper check in and check out will be managed through ePact moving forward.

After completing your registration within the next 24 hours you will receive an email from ePact prompting you to sign up and complete the waiver.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

A full refund will be given up until 2 weeks prior to the start of camp.
A 50% refund will be given for cancellations within two weeks prior to the start of camp, unless there is a documented injury or bereavement. There are no refunds for no shows.
