OLLI Fellowship/GRO Scholar Virtual Info Session

Now in its fourth year, the OLLI Graduate Student Fellowship was established at the University of Southern Maine with a gift from the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI). The Fellowship provides scholarships of $3,000 for five selected USM graduate students whose research, scholarship or creative activity focus on social and environmental justice, adult education, or issues related to aging and wellness.

And new to USM for the 2024-25 academic year, the Graduate Research Opportunities (GRO) program is launching the GRO Scholars program, a cohort-based group of six students who actively engage in workshops, seminars, and forums in order to have an impact on their research, scholarship, or creative activities related to their fields of study–and receive funds to support their efforts.

Interested in finding out more about these opportunities?

Please join us for an OLLI Fellowship/GRO Scholar Virtual Info Session to learn about the programs and how they will be integrated, hear from a former Fellow & program staff, and get your all of your questions answered!
