Creepy & Curious Collections Pop-Up Exhibit at the Osher Map Library

It’s that time of year again… we invite you to check out a pop-up exhibition of particularly peculiar materials found in the Osher Map Library (OML) collection! We’ll be open late with a selection of materials on view in the OML Reading Room, plus crafts and snacks in the Cohen Classroom (Glickman 103).

▪️ Where: Osher Map Library Reading Room and Cohen Classroom (Glickman 103) , 314 Forest Avenue, Portland (located inside the Glickman Family Library on the 1st floor)

What to expect:
🎃 Eerie Entertainment in the Cohen Classroom!
🎃 Create your own beaded spiders and paint mini pumpkins!
🎃 Learn the art of Geomancy!
🎃 Light refreshments will be provided; this event is FREE and open to all!

Parking and Public Transport:
Parking on the University of Southern Maine (USM) Portland campus is available for $4.15 per hour in Garages 1 and 2. Please visit the USM digital parking interface (opens in a new tab) to reserve your parking ahead of time. Greater Portland Metro (open in a new tab) bus lines #4 and the Husky line pickup and drop-off about a four-minute walk from the entrance of the Glickman Family Library. One-way rides on the Greater Portland Metro bus are $2.25 each way.
