Embodying Softness/Excavating Delight opening reception
Join us for the opening reception of our fall show: Embodying Softness/Excavating Delight, featuring artists Jackie Milad and Libby Paloma.
These two artists were paired for the joy they share in their processes. Works in this show will range from mixed media wall hangings to free-standing soft sculptures. The artists consider the intersection of the lives of objects and language, and the point at which truths otherwise indiscernible manifest.
The reception will have refreshments and is free and open to the public.
A performance by artist Libby Paloma will start at 6:30 pm, with a talk by the artists to follow at 7:15 pm.
