Women, Life, Liberty! Voices of Women in Iran and Beyond
Please join us for a community teach-in and panel discussion to learn more about the current events in Iran and how the peoples’ uprising has become a powerful force for change. Panel members include Iranian women and men from the USM and greater Portland communities.
Hosted by the University of Southern Maine Women and Gender Studies Program and cosponsored by the Greater Portland Immigrant Welcome Center, the Office of Intercultural Student Affairs, the USM School of Nursing, the USM Libraries, the USM Gender Studies Student Organization, and Sodexo.
