Peer Career Guides (PCGs) are USM students trained to guide fellow students in specific career-related activities. PCGs support students with resume and cover letter development through 1-on-1 conversations. 

PCGs seek to recognize and enhance students’ strengths. In addition, PCGs help students access additional resources provided by the Career & Employment Hub.

Currently, the PCG Program is grant-funded. Your donation would allow us to continue the program and more!
