What is Get on Track?
The Get on Track (GOT), Career Readiness Program is a self-paced, college-career program that guides students along a career trajectory while attending USM. This career initiative, developed and offered by the USM Career & Employment Hub, is designed to help students identify and articulate their skills, strengths, knowledge, and experiences relevant to their career goals, as well as areas necessary for professional growth.
