Celina started her engineering career at BAE Systems in Nashua, NH, where she graduated from the Operations Leadership Development Program. While at BAE she gained experience in circuit card manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing and supervising. She then began work in the engineering department of Bath Iron Works, specifically working on the air conditioning plants used on the newest class of Navy destroyers.
