Kristin Ciampa, MEd

Kristin is originally from Hollis, Maine. She began working for the University of Southern Maine in 2015, and is currently an Associate Director of Academic Advisor in Gorham. Kristin advises Political Science, English, History, Communication/Media Studies, Liberal Studies: Humanities, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Technology – as well as Undeclared students. She has particular interest in advising and supporting neurodivergent students, including students on the autism spectrum.

Kristin is an alumni of USM, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and her Masters degree in Education in Adult and Higher Education.

Kristin lives in Gorham with her husband and two daughters. You can sometimes find Kristin and her family on stage at community theaters throughout Southern Maine. When she’s not working or performing, Kristin enjoys reading and spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking.
