Phoebe is originally from Rochester NY. She began working for the University of Southern Maine in 2018, and is currently an Academic Advisor on the Portland Advising Office. She is a liaison with the Business, Communication and Media Studies, Leadership and Organizational Studies, Humanities, and Social and Behavioral Sciences.
