Andrew Gardner

Andrew provides financial coordination for the Maine Economic Improvement Fund (MEIF) at the University of Southern Maine. His responsibilities include preparing and presenting financial forecasts and reports; approving financial transactions; drafting, analyzing, reconciling, and monitoring budgets and expenditures; and developing and managing data tracking for administrative and financial reporting. Andrew is a seasoned internal audit, risk management, compliance, and business operations professional with over 16 years of experience in University finance. He has a value-added approach to financial operations, independent assurance, and organizational advisory practices.
