Lee is Maine Roads to Quality Professional Development Network’s Technical Assistance Manager. In this position, she leads the technical assistance team in supporting early childhood and youth development professionals and programs to implement, improve, and sustain high-quality practices that ensure the healthy development of children.

Lee has worked in the early care and education field in roles ranging from classroom teacher, program director, trainer, mentor, curricula writer, and quality improvement facilitator. She was among the first to be awarded Maine’s Technical Assistance Credential.

Lee lives in Hope, ME. Her interests beyond work include enjoying time with family and caring for her horses, dogs, cats, and chickens.
