Tracey has worked for the Catherine Cutler Institute and Muskie School since 2000 on a variety of funded projects such as the Child Welfare Training Institute (CWTI), Improving Health Outcomes for Children (IHOC), the Quality for ME Revision project, Maine Roads to Quality (MRTQ), and currently the Maine Economic Improvement Fund (MEIF) as a project liaison for MEIF-funded programs focusing on North Atlantic projects.
