Jules Sclafani

Jules joined the University of Southern Maine Community in 2022. She is a dedicated and passionate advocate for disability communities. With a background in pharmacy, Jules has a unique perspective and understanding of healthcare that informs her work for non-profits. Jules is committed to furthering her education in the social sciences, to bring even more value to her advocacy efforts. Her work has already resulted in two testimonies to Congress and regular meetings with members of the Senate and House to push for increased medical research and support for disability communities. In her free time, Jules enjoys reading, petitioning members of Congress on the importance of furthering medical research, and spending time with her dogs Bob and Bunny.
