Michael graduated from the University of Maine at Machias with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Community Studies in 2016. He is a founding member of the co-ed fraternity Omicron Delta Pi, focusing on human rights and advocacy. Through ODP, Michael became safe zone trained and NextStep court advocate trained. It is Michael’s belief that many of the things most people take for granted should be basic human rights. Access to physical and mental health services are just two of those things.

At Health Services, Michael serves as front desk support and is the administrator for health records, releases, and referrals. When Michael is not working at health services, he can be found gardening or experiencing nature in some other form. As an explorer at heart, Michael enjoys finding tucked away hiking trails, or the path less traveled.
