Jen Pratt is a Research Coordinator at the Catherine Cutler Institute for Health and Social Policy and Project Manager for the Maine Regulatory Training and Ethics Center (MeRTEC). She possesses a diverse skillset that positions her well to support institutional research growth. Her experience with project management, alongside over twenty years of both qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting, directly correlates with her responsibilities in project management. Furthermore, her certification in performance quality improvement aligns with the need to streamline grant submission processes.
Having contributed to numerous research projects for a variety of state, federal, private, and non-profit organizations, she has developed a strong understanding of the grant funding landscape. Her capacity to develop effective proposal strategies, provide valuable support to staff and faculty, and foster interdisciplinary collaborations contributes to an increase in extramural funding and supports the cultivation of a thriving research environment.
