Jen Pratt is a Research Analyst working at the Catherine Cutler Institute for Health and Social Policy and Project Manager of the Maine Regulatory Training and Ethics Center (MeRTEC). Her experience and skills are diverse, ranging from project management; qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting; and certified technical support and assistance in performance quality improvement (QI) tools that streamline agency processes, improve customer service, and enhance agency efficiency and effectiveness. She has worked on several qualitative and quantitative research projects for state and federal government agencies as well as local and national non-profits.
