Dorothy VanDine

Dorothy is a seasoned non-profit leader who joined the USM Foundation after many years of working in the performing arts sector, most notably at the Metropolitan Opera and American Ballet Theatre in New York City.  She holds Bachelor’s and Master of Music degrees in Organ Performance from Rice University and the University of Houston, respectively, as well as a Master’s in Performing Arts Administration from NYU.

She’s passionate about affecting change in the community and is proud to be working for an institution that plays such an integral role in Portland. Outside of work, Dorothy can be found skiing, hiking, practicing the organ, and participating in Trivia Tuesdays. She resides in Portland with her cat, Apollo.
