Andrea Lenartz is a Research Associate II/Epidemiologist at the Muskie School of Public Service. Andrea joined USM’s epidemiology team, which is embedded at the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in 2020. She provides epidemiologic analysis, surveillance, and support to several Maine CDC programs, including Maine’s Maternal and Child Health Title V program; Maine’s Maternal, Fetal, and Infant Mortality Review Panel; Maine’s Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program; the Maine Newborn Hearing Program; and the Maine Birth Defects Program.
