Natalie serves as Program Coordinator for the Casco Bay Estuary Partnership at the Catherine Cutler Institute, supporting implementation of the Casco Bay Plan through budget and grant management, EPA reporting, partner coordination, and project support for CBEP staff. Her priority is ensuring the Partnership’s operations run smoothly, while devoting extra effort to engaging in projects she’s passionate about, including invasive species monitoring, habitat protection, and field-based work.
Natalie is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Applied Geographic Information Systems at the University of Southern Maine to expand her skills in field surveying and spatial analysis.
Prior to joining CBEP, Natalie worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on environmental permitting across Maine and contributed to the early development of the Mad River Valley Knotweed Project in Vermont.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Casco Bay and the surrounding region through hiking, biking, and paddleboarding.
