Kevin Schinstock

Kevin Schinstock is proud to join the Osher School of Music as AV Technical Engineer.  He brings a storied career as a recording engineer, spanning more than a decade in commercial studios in New York City with credits from grammy winning artists and producers.  Outside of the studio he has provided live sound support for a wide range of clientele, from corporate galas and institution events to the Portland Symphony Orchestra.  Kevin also has many years of touring experience, providing sound design for theatrical installations around the globe.

Prior to his role at the OSoM, Kevin provided AV Systems support at the University of New England.  His AV technical credentials include certifications from Dante (level 3), Extron (Control Professional) Biamp and Smaart.  

Kevin is also an active mixing engineer and sound designer for films and commercials.  His commercial work has been broadcast on network TV and streaming platforms and his film work showcased at the ONA film festival in Venice, Telluride Mountainfilm Festival and the Maine Outdoor Film Festival.
