Lorenzo joined the Catherine Cutler Institute as a Technology Support Technician in 2025. With over a year of on-site and helpdesk experience, Lorenzo is currently pursuing a degree in Technology Management at the University of Southern Maine, focusing on networking and information systems security.
Drawing experience from roles at the University of Southern Maine and Spectrum Generations, Lorenzo has gained solid experience providing Tier 1 helpdesk services and capably handling Tier 2 onsite requests. He is proficient in troubleshooting common platforms (Windows 10/11, MacOS, O365) and maintaining proper security protocols, demonstrating a strong dedication to prompt issue resolution, technical documentation, and supporting reliable IT operations.

- IT Support & Ticketing: Handles Tier 1 Helpdesk and Tier 2 Onsite Requests, managing support workflow efficiently via TDX Ticketing
- Systems Administration: Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and user account lifecycle management
