Airianne is a Research Associate II at the Catherine Cutler Institute, serving as the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Manager with the National Tribal Child Welfare Center for Innovation and Advancement (NTCWCIA). Prior to joining the Catherine Cutler Institute, Airianne worked at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in health equity research and evaluation. She has also previously worked at the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis and the American Indian Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
