Anna is dual-licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor and an Alcohol and Drug Counselor.  

Anna received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Maine and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Southern Maine. Anna has worked in integrated care and co-occurring mental health and substance use services. Anna incorporates psycho-dynamic and Cognitive behavioral perspectives in her approach as well as other techniques and interventions matched to meet each individual’s circumstances.  Anna is passionate about the belief that everyone has the inherent capability to make changes and grow as individuals. She fosters a safe and authentic treatment relationship using empathy, humor, and respect to support an individual’s unique journey in life.

In her spare time Anna enjoys spending time outdoors: hiking, kayaking, skiing, and appreciating the beauty of nature.
