Amy Geren serves as the Project Director and Principal Investigator for the One-Stop Operator position in partnership with the region’s local workforce board, and monitors and provides administrative operations for foundation and public sector funded projects. In this role, Amy maintains relationships with state agencies, non-profits, advocates, directly impacted people, local and statewide funders, and community members to ensure workforce development services for job-seekers, incumbent workers, and employers are delivered efficiently. She is a workforce development specialist for the project and partner agencies and provides consultation and insight as needed to the objectives of Catherine Cutler Institute projects.
