Barbara Poirier

Barbara has contributed to evaluation efforts for a number of public health projects at the Catherine Cutler Institute. She assists in evaluation design; needs assessments; collection of data via surveys, interviews, and focus groups; and develops IRB protocols. Barbara manages the implementation of work plans to operationalize projects, including contract oversight and maintains appropriate human resources to assure project outcomes are achieved.
