Carlena Lowell

Carly joined the Catherine Cutler Institute as the Statewide Training Coordinator for Maine Roads to Quality Professional Development Network (MRTQ PDN) in May 2025.

Prior to coming to the Catherine Cutler Institute, she worked for many years for Head Start, in several different roles including preschool teacher, Education Manager, Disabilities and Mental Health Manager, and Quality Assurance and Data Manager.
