Chloe supports the strategic direction of the New England Environmental Finance Center and leads programs related to climate resilience and water infrastructure. She works with communities across New England to identify environmental priorities and advance projects to the funding and implementation stage. This includes working with small coastal towns to secure funding for projects that build resilience to climate change, advancing green stormwater infrastructure in urban centers, and helping water utilities navigate financing options for drinking water and wastewater infrastructure improvements.
Chloe has worked at the intersection of environment, climate, and public health research and program implementation for over 10 years and holds a Master’s in Urban & Environmental Planning from the University of Washington.
