Drew Bunick

Patrol Officer and Investigative Specialist, Drew Bunick, who originally wanted to be a firefighter, started with USM PD in 2017. Specialist Bunick has over 11 years of experience in Law Enforcement and holds a BA from Westfield State University in Criminal Justice. Prior to starting with us, Specialist Bunick worked for both Berwick and Wells PD as well as the Judicial Marshals. When not at work, Specialist Bunick enjoys hiking and photography. His favorite place to visit outside Maine is the great state of New Hampshire. If given the opportunity, Specialist Bunick would love to sit down and converse with former prohibition Bootlegger from Boston, his Great Grandfather. Specialist Bunick enjoys consuming Alligator meat and has traveled to Denmark.

Specialist Bunick is a designated Civil Rights Officer by the Attorney General’s office.
