Elizabeth’s research focus is the nexus of experiential learning, gender, leadership development, and organizational change. Her current research focuses on the phenomenological experiences of women leaders through the lenses of organizational behavior and psychology. Her teaching practice focuses on guiding and supporting students’ deep learning about leadership, organizational change, and development.
