Emily Constantian

Emily joined the Maine Roads to Quality Professional Development Network (MRTQ PDN) team in 2021 as the Statewide Evaluation Manager. She works on evaluation and reporting for all MRTQ PDN initiatives including training and technical assistance offerings. Emily also manages the biennial statewide needs assessment of childcare providers.

Before moving to Maine to join the MRTQ PDN team, she worked for several years managing youth education programs across the country including in Chicago, Nashville, and northern Indiana.
