Emma partners with state agencies and nonprofits to help them use data to improve how they serve their communities. As a member of the Place Matters team, she helps coordinate the Regional Care Teams initiative that seeks to connect youth impacted by the juvenile justice system to pathways of well-being and to keep them in community.
In her work, Emma brings a collaborative mindset and a genuine curiosity about new ways to understand and communicate about data. Having grown up in Maine, Emma is dedicated to addressing the systemic barriers that prevent people – especially youth – from safety and belonging here. She is motivated by the power of data to help organizations think strategically and creatively to address complex problems.
