Felisberto Alfredo
Felisberto Alfredo is a dedicated public safety and security professional with experience
in campus, healthcare, and correctional environments. He currently serves as a
Campus Safety Officer with the University of Southern Maine Police Department, where
he is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the university community. His
duties include enforcing university policies and the Student Conduct Code, supporting
law enforcement operations, monitoring campus facilities, and handling emergency
dispatch communications.
Previously, Felisberto worked as a Security Officer Level II at Maine Medical Center,
part of MaineHealth. During his time there, he earned multiple healthcare security
certifications, including CHSO, Advanced CHSO, and CAHSO. CPI certified and trained
in restraint chair procedures, he specialized in de-escalation techniques and ensuring
the safety of patients, visitors, and staff in a fast-paced medical setting.
He also served as a Correction Officer at the Cumberland County Jail, where he
supervised inmate activities, conducted security checks, responded to emergencies,
and prepared detailed incident reports. Throughout his career, Felisberto Alfredo has
demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to public safety.
In his free time, Felisberto enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He
likes engaging in outdoor activities, working out at the gym, playing basketball, watching
movies, and reading. These interests reflect his disciplined mindset and balanced
approach to both his personal and professional life.
