Helen is a Policy Analyst I for the New England Environmental Finance Center (NEEFC) at the University of Southern Maine’s Catherine Cutler Institute, where she contributes to several project areas and provides administrative support to the NEEFC team.

In addition to a history of environmental activism, Helen has a professional history within municipal government and the non-profit sector. She particularly enjoys community outreach, networking, and policy-based work.

As a 2023 graduate of the University of Maine in Orono, Helen is excited to dedicate the beginning of her full-time, professional career to environmentalism. She hopes to apply her passion and skill set to helping communities across New England achieve their environmental goals.
