Janice Gardner

Janice has worked with the USM Department of Theatre since 2018 overseeing marketing, recruitment, outreach, and front of house operations. She is an actor, voiceover artist, and intimacy choreographer in the Portland theatre community. She has worked on stage or behind the scenes with with Good Theater, AIRE, Dramatic Repertory Company, The Theater Project, Portland Stage Company, Lyric Stage, Portland Players, and Bates and Colby Colleges. She is a Company Member Emeritus with Mad Horse Theatre Company and its former Executive Director. She is the Intimacy Director for USM Theatre productions.

She has worked professionally in the fields of student recruitment, study abroad, and business development.
