The Office of Educator Preparation (OEP) at the University of Southern Maine plays a central role in overseeing, managing, and ensuring the quality of USM’s educator preparation programs. OEP builds and provides unit-wide infrastructure for field placement coordination, certification recommendations, data management (TK20), accreditation, and program review.

Jeff has worked in the education field for the last thirty years as a classroom teacher and college advisor.   Jeff earned a B.A. in English from the University of Connecticut and enjoys hiking in the White Mountains with his family.
