Jen Hart is an educator, researcher, and Gallup Strengths Coach with experience in higher education, healthcare, and consulting. She holds her Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Studies and M.Ed. in Counseling Education. Jen holds her LCPC and serves as a healthcare educator. Her scholarship focuses on the relationship between individuals and their workplace, employee engagement, leader perception, mentoring, and research support for students.
