Julia conducts data analysis, tool development, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement activities for the Justice Policy Program area at the Catherine Cutler Institute. Julia leverages her passion for project management and organizational processes to help partners and collaborators make strategic and informed decisions.
She has been with the Catherine Cutler Institute since 2013 and previously served as the Training and Technical Assistance Manager of the VAWA Measuring Effectiveness Initiative. Before that, Julia worked in the area of child welfare, providing program evaluation for Youth and Community Engagement initiatives and working directly with youth in the foster care system and young people experiencing homelessness.
Julia is the co-facilitator of the Institute’s Professional Development Learning Cohort and was previously involved in the Institute’s LINK (Leading – Integrating – Networking – Knowledge Sharing) Committee.
