Julie Atkins

Julie Atkins brings over 20 years of experience in research and technical assistance on issues affecting children, youth, and families. She currently co-leads the University of Southern Maine component of the Capacity Building Center for Tribes, focusing on the development of online resources for tribal child welfare agencies across the country. She also co-leads a cooperative agreement with the State of Maine focused on child welfare policy and workforce development.
