Kelley started her social work career in 2012 with the Maine Office of Child and Family Services as a caseworker and worked in Permanency, Investigations, Kinship Licensing, and as a Child Protective Supervisor. Prior to her social work career, she was a foster adoptive parent.
She joined the Catherine Cutler Institute team in February of 2023. Kelley is passionate about working with families and children and being able to teach and influence new caseworkers as they begin their child protective careers.
