Kelly works with USM researchers and epidemiologists on evaluations of public health initiatives. As an evaluator, she develops and administers evaluation tools, analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, and communicates evaluation findings. Kelly has also implemented innovative evaluation strategies, including digital storytelling and social network analysis.

Currently, Kelly is working on three projects:

  • Help Me Grow Maine
  • Maine’s Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (ECCS) Initiative
